We currently collect and process the following information:

• Photo ID (E.g Passport, Government ID, Driving License etc)

• Bank Account Details if applicable

HOW WE GET THE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHY WE HAVE IT

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To run compliance and Anti Money Laundering checks where applicable.

• To provide your details to our third party vendors in order to open your broker account.

• To make your profit payments once you pass evaluation

• To make profits payments on an ongoing basis when you have passed the evaluation and are making a profit.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Our third party vendors when opening your broker account. We will forward these directly to you.

• Profit split payment details as soon as you have passed the evaluation.

• Profit split payment details if and when you are making a profit after evaluation.

We may share this information with our third party vendors only. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored on the FFX Global LTD Google Workspace.

We keep all the above information for as long as you are a funded client. We will then dispose your information once you are no longer a client of the funding facility.
